Public Trust

Public Trust

Public Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting honest businesses in Israel, and to supporting regulations based on honesty and integrity in order to contribute to the well-being of both decent consumers and businesses, as is best practice in advanced countries worldwide.
Public Trust uses professional tools in areas where the consumers give up in advance. It flags businesses which shouldn’t be patronized, informs the public about businesses that conduct themselves honestly and with integrity, and sets new behavior standards. Today, when we are all stakeholders in the game, you can opt for a consumer culture change in Israel.
Public Trust was founded by public figures and legal professionals specializing in consumer rights. It is an organization operating in complete transparency, in a tight cooperation with similar organizations worldwide.

Inviting You to Update

Public Trust publishes constant information on businesses in different areas, both in the media and on our website. The information provides you, the consumers, with an efficient tool to examine the security level of your purchase, where this level is higher, and also which businesses you should avoid.

Honesty is Worthwhile

A business that adheres to conduct according to Public Trust’s conduct undergoes a 3-month period of eligibility, in which it is examined before it is considered accepted. This obligation on the business side enables it to stand out in the market, to differentiate itself from dubious businesses, and to declare that its intentions are to open to public examination and critique. The business certificate provided by Public Trust represents a high level of security regarding quality service and the willingness to deal with malfunctions and reduce conflicts with the consumers.
